Tell me about it TC. tho' Ive just lost 16lb by cutting out any cheese except lowest fat cottage cheese, olives, peanut butter, and snacking on any of the above again during watching the Soaps. I'm up to my eyeballs in rice cakes/cracker breads but I do like them fortunately.
Gone are me & hubby's Weekend treats of a feta/olives/ or croque Monsieur.
Plus, we're going to the Laws for a month a Christmas & despite having our own place we're invited to olive oil laced food. Beautiful food but I can't digest 'raw' oil and it makes me vomit. ( sorry) so I'm fed on olives & cheese as a veggie, but not this time, I'm making a stand! Hubby needs to aswell.
Fresh veg curries, here we come - look out Laws!

Welsh cakes ( but won't eat them)

Depression cake - sounds fine actually. Initially I thought it was a cake that had sunk in the middle, then I looked it up!
