you'd love it in Turkey they specialise in tripe soup shops! ( işkembe çorbası).![]() Unbleached - it stinks! ![]() I remember yrs ago when I was young my spinster Aunt had some soaking in a bowl in the kitchen @ my Grandmother's house - I thought it was a sponge & wiped the work surfaces with it! when the said Aunt used to 'soak' sardines in a bowl my brother used to think he brought them back to life if he spun the water around!
