Overestimated by a long shot - didn't need ganging up on in public - Nat is right about Zoe. Not liking her (Zoe) the more I see of her. She did that for effect and Helen went with it - poor Helen, poor; you are better than that.

She overestimated sure, but it was interesting that the actual sales figures for the team weren't brought up in the boardroom so they cant have been that bad, and Susan may actually have sold the most.

I think heard them say as they were clearing up in the shopping centre that they had £80 worth of stuff left unsold out of £500 or so - so 4 bottles of tanning spray and a few of those overpriced nail polishes....

**big hugs for Susan** as I said in the episode thread, thought it was very uncomfortable to watch all the girls surrounding her. like a pack of hyenas on their pray! I think because she is one of the younger ones they think she is weak. I kept hoping Karren would step in and say that they aren't making any money standing there arguing.

Or they see her as a threat? She's fluffed up a few times, but her performance as PM was pretty impressive I thought, and I remember thinking she was the only one who showed any nous at all in the first ep*. I personally think that in real life, she's going to go far, and she's only young. Go Susan!

I love how most Apprentice candidates still all think the way to be impressive in business is to be as hatchet-faced, vile and "ruthless" (aka hatchet-faced and vile) as possible. And to spout every cliche under the sun. Wouldn't do business with any of them, but maybe that's just me.

*except for Jedi Jim, of course.

£80. Exactamundo. Granted they would have been way worse off if they didn't reign her in. But that is the point. They did. Over and done with. She made far more of a rickett in the buying task as PM. A bit like Melody in being over confident (youth??) but that was on a personal level, from Zoe, unnecessary by a long way. Thought Felicity's reaction to it on Your Fired was VERY telling.

As I said in a thread I started on the subject yesterday, Zoe was basically like:

"Why haven't you sold things, you said you would sell things, why haven't you sold things?"

Yes, Zoe, that's helpful and constructive.

Zoe is just an aggressive, moody cow with a constant face like a slapped rear end. Really dislike her.

I adore Susan though

Yes, very generic of most Apprentice folk every series but (in tv terms) still quite amusing to watch .

And with Susan, while the gang up of Zoe and Helen was totally beyong what was professionally necessary it will hopefully motivate Susan to perfom out of her skin from now and realise (which she seems to have, now) that people are always focusing as much on others performance (to pick holes from) as they are concerned about their own.

As someone pointed out in another thread, that could have been set up by the production team. What were Zoe, Edna and Helen supposed to be doing together like that ?

I think it was disgusting the way they ganged up on Susan, it was so uncomfortable to watch. All Zoe and Helen did was give treatments, didn't see them selling anything.

Zoe didn't even mention in the boardroom that it was Susan that got them the tanning product and advised on the foot treatment in the first place, and that product choice was what won them the task. She only criticised.

Susan should have stuck up for herself more, she doesn't seem to say anything negative about anyone in the boardroom, I would have said that Zoe was a rubbish PM, doing nothing and blaming the whole time.

Is she? What has Helen done in 4 episodes, other than agree with whatever the PM says?

Oh, and hugs to Susan.

Watching Zoe made for very uncomfortable viewing.

Yes, Susan needed her wings clipping over purchasing, but that was done quite well, but the face off in front of the buying public was inexcusable. What a nasty thing to do!

Zoe seems always to be in a bad mood, like she's eaten too may acid drops! While Susan seems enthusiastic and smiley.

(I've just realised that I've written 2 posts supporting Susan, and she's not my favourite!! Jedi Jim for this Dragonlady, thank you!!! )

Fair, just an impression I get from her no real insight - is that me just seeing the best in people before they do me over? Wouldn't be the first time
