I think that they were so close in the BB House, but in there they didn't have the distractions of their lives, each others' different lifestyles, also the distractions of a new life that they had to come to terms with (they didn't go back into normal life).
In the house they had the best of each other, in a way - John had no outside distractions, friends, fifa, anywhere else to channel himself, Josie had no chance to go out with friends, drink, party, do all the fun stuff she enjoys. So they got a concentrated version of each other. There is no way RL was going to be the same.
I can understand that they wanted that version of each other back, that's what they fell in love with, but it wasn't real.
I think on coming out, and then moving in together they might have tried to recreate some of that, but in the end the pressures of the reality they were in after BB, plus normal life stuff, just eroded away at them until the two people they were in the house weren't really there anymore ... or maybe really didn't exist due to the fact that in the House they were a purer, cleaner, simpler version of who they were.
Ok i washed my hair and when its wet it is curly but it drys stright so i thought i would towel dry and then put some conditioner on it and let it dry because i seen Josie do it in BB well i just went to brush my teeth and one side is very curly but the other is stright
