How many networks have you been with?
I've had a mobile phone of some sort since 1997 and wondered if you've been loyal to one network or go between various networks?
I've used since 1997: Vodafone (97-03) Cellnet (98) Virgin Mobile (03-present) 3 for mobile broadband (09-present) |

Three
T-Mobile (was One-2-One at first) from about 2000, to '05 O2, about '05 to '08 Orange for about 6 months in '08 Then back to O2 because they were the only ones I could get a usable signal, from near a campsite I use a lot up at Kielder/borders. |

Vodafone from 1992 until 1998, at that stage got sick of paying for contracts that I never used much so.....
1998 until 2000 Vodafone Pay as you go original tariff 2000 until 2001 BT Cellnet (PAYG) 2001 until 2002 Orange (PAYG) 2002 until 2003 Virgin Mobile (PAYG) 2003 until 2006 Vodafone (PAYG) 2006 until 2008 o2 (PAYG) also had a 2nd phone on Asda Mobile in late 2007 which is still in use to this day. 04/2008 until 09/2008 T-Mobile Sim only monthly contract. 09/2008 until 03/2011 o2 Sim only monthly contract various deals. 03/2011 until present day 3UK PAYG with unlimited data. Think that's about it lol. The number that's on my Asda Mobile is the same number that was on my Vodafone PAYG tariff back in 2003 and the Number that's on 3UK started life in 2006 with o2 PAYG |

Cellnet UK, which morphed into BT Cellnet, then finaly O2 from 1995, for 14 years, then onto 3 from 2009 onwards.
I moved becuiase ( at the ime) i had a phone capable of doing stuff online. e-mails/youtube etc and no matter what i dtried i couldnt get most of it to work, despite having a data bolt on. I was told by customer support that youtube is American and doesn't work on the UK internet, as well as a few other minor issues that started to rear up - with poor customer support. So one day I asked for the code, I mentioned that i had been with them for 14 years, and if they had anything better available, but they (O2 ) weren't interested, so off i went to three. |

91 - 93 Celnet Analogue with one of the first flip phones that was small enough to fit in your pocket!
93ish to 97 Vodaphone with a phone that would receive sms messages (from the one friend I had with a digital mobile on the same network!) but I couldn't send them! lol 97 - present. Orange. I only changed because at the time they were the only operator to offer 15 minutes of free talk time on Talk 15. Also you could text across a couple of other networks and were first to introduce caller display and per second billing! |

My first was vodaphone, next 3, then 02.
Currently using 02 for my mobile phone but still use the 3 network for my mobile payasugo dongle/mifi for connecting when I'm away from home & places without free wifi. |

Have been with all of "The Big 4" at various times. Won't touch 3 or the MVNO's.

I was Orange for years. I changed to O2 about 4 years ago when I moved house, because it's the only network with even borderline coverage here.

2000-2001 Virgin (Philips Saavy Vogue)
2001-2002 Genie (Nokia 3310) 2002-2003 o2 online (Nokia 7650) 2003-2004 02 online (Nokia 6600) 2005-2006 o2 online (Nokia 3230) 2006-2007 3 (LG 880u) Worst phone and network ever! 2007-2008 Orange (N95) 2008-2009 o2 (iPhone 3G) 2009-2011 o2 (iPhone 3GS) 2011-??? Who knows, hopefully not o2, but it depends as I think I will get a good deal on the new iPhone with them as I spend quite a lot a month. Also work phones have always been Blackberry's (various models) always on Vodafone. |

O2, T-Mobile, Orange, Vodafone
Vodafone is by far the best in my opinion. |
