I know it's early but might as well start a discussion.

First of all, we need to know the line-up for tonight's show. Anyone know of it?

Most likely to be published in the news so look out!

I wonder also what the new stage would look like, considering a revamp is being done.

I've found out the line-up from Wikipedia:

- Girls Roc (Age: 21-27 / Talent: Dancing fire act)
- Donelda Guy and Mega & Biba (Age: 66 / Talent: Dog act)
- Bruce Sistaz (Age: 27 & 19 / Talent: Martial Arts)
- Paul Gbegbaje (Age: 19 / Talent: Musician)
- Ted & Grace (Age: 92 & 21 / Talent: Singers)
- Ronan Parke (Age: 12 / Talent: Singer)
- Stuart Arnold (Age: 42 / Talent: Impressionist)
- Joe Oakley (Age: 19 / Talent: Bike act)

I think its fair to say Ronan will win the heat.
Maybe Paul and someone else in the top 3?

Well, someone will win the semi final and there would be a judges vote.

Then again, it depends how well they do.

I think Paul, Joe, and possibly Ted & Grace have a shot.

Tonights show is looking terrible.

Then again, this line-up is from Wikipedia so likely someone would have made it up.

In that table, it shows the following for the second semi-final:

- Michael Collings
- New Bounce
- Out of the Blue
- Razy Gogonea
- Steven Hall

If that is correct it is a bit ridiculous putting so many of the more talented acts together on the same night

I don't trust that wiki page. The list of finalists is incomplete and the the order of the heats is unreferenced.
Suppose we'll just have to wait and see.

So it has been confirmed, I think this may be the order:

Girls Roc
Donelda Guy
Bruce Sistaz
Paul Gbegbaje
Ted & Grace
Ronan Parke
Stuart Arnold
Joe Oakley

Ronan Parke will probably breeze it tonight. Joe and one of Paul, Donelda and Bruce Sistaz will be in the judges vote is my prediction.

I just hope that the 'last act through automatically goes through to the final' doesn't happen again but Joe is a good act so likely.

I'm not a big fan of (although adorably cute) Ronan.

Donelda's dog act was the best of all the dog acts (as funny as the Mexican one was). Paul is clearly talented and may get the judges vote but not sure the public will get him in that top 3.
Joe was entertaining, really talented and something a bit different. Bruce Sistaz are good too but unlikely to make the top 3.

Seems unfair with a foregone conclusion that Ronan will get through that only 1 of Joe, Donelda and Paul will get through.

I would normally expect Ronan to get the pimp spot, but from this line up it looks like he'll walk it tonight regardless of where he performs - so I expect they'll save the last spot in the final for him instead.
2nd & 3rd place could be any 2 out of Donelda, Paul and Joe, I don't think the rest really stand much of a chance

If only we knew what the stage looked like, might as well wait another 7 hours. I'd love to see Ronan's performance, just hope it's decent and he chooses the right song.

Seriously, what is with the stupidly early start of the discussion thread!? It's not on until about 8pm tonight or there abouts isn't it? Is it just to see who can make the thread first and have a 'popular' thread? Why not just start it on hour to two hours at most before the show starts, instead of more than 12 hours before?

Ronan is the chosen one for sure, he doesn't even have any competition tonight, he will win the heat with about 75% of the vote tonight.

I don't think it harms anyone. If you think this one is premature, you should have seen Sunday/Saturday's - attempts were made to start a thread almost a week early

Well, I guess it's alright as long as it's at least under 10 hours prior to starting? It's 12 now and starts at 7, so 7 hours, people may or may not post, but I think it would make sense to keep this thread for now.

I really hope this isn't right! There are so many talented acts tomorrow if so. Les, Michael, Out of the Blue, Razy and Steven ALL deserve to go through in my opinion. At least this means there's no chance of Popeye going through. It will probably be Razy that gets the audience vote.

You need to chill out a bit. Have you not considered that it's bank holiday Monday, and some people might want to spend time discussing the semi-final throughout the day?
