Kind of smells sweet. Makes me wish i'd made that crumble I was going to do.

Yeah I love it too, we made chicken pie out of Jamie's meals in 30 mins book and it was yum!!!!

Why do you cook so much degs? Are you a chef or is it just a hobby? Just curious because you seem to be cooking a lot.

It's more than a hobby. I get to eat the results so I don't starve
I got my food hygene cert and did a placement but health problems have put a hold on my move into catering.

Oh cool, good luck with that.

Yeah I suppose it is a bit more than a hobby even if you don't wanna do it for a career.

M cousin is a pro chef and hates it any way. I much prefer it my way as a passionable hobby.

I don't think i'd like it in a big restaurant. I'd wouldn't mind having a go in a small family restaurant though.

I'm like you though. I like to cook for myself (and friends) where I can experiment.

I know what you mean about lovely cooking smells.

This isn't pastry, but I was making some chicken stock the other day and a veggie friend said how good lunch smelled!
