He was better than the other acts tonight, but when they showed him in the VT he was dressed like a girl in every scene. Jeans way too tight maybe that is why he has a high voice!!

I agree, but he will def go through. Him and bike man.

To be honest, I don't like kids in these things anyway.

Aside form the fact that I disappove because I think they should be off being kids etc, I prefer a mature voice, I have never enjoyed listening to children's vocals.

Ronan is BORING sadly he will get through he isnt a bad singer but isnt brill either but the hype machine is full swing and he was on last so getting the public vote is innevitable - BORING winner if he does win.

I thought he was boring. A sure fire bet to go through though, just because of his age and his average voice.

I don't like child acts at all, and I didn't rate Ronan. He did get the Pimp Spot though so it's a given he'll be through

He bores me, not a bad voice but not fantastic.

He's not good at all. He was out of tune at times and the quality of his voice was very average. If you listen to choirboy/girl of the year, you'll hear some really good voices.

Well, I just thought I'd come here and see if anyone has the same feeling as me and it looks like some do. I went and had a look on You Tube to watch his performance again from last night because sometimes it looks different in the cold light of day and I was as unimpressed as I was when I saw it live. I thought he was OK, but flat at times. Go and have a look at the official BGT You Tube video at around 55 seconds and he is definitely off. It's been a disappointing set up this year. How the Terminator impersonator got through and the French guy dancer didn't is beyond me. I know they need a range of acts, but the program has "talent" in the title.

To think the judges were happy that that Arnold guy was GOOD ENOUGH for Live TV which is watched by 10-15 million people is beyond me. Says it all about this series.

why on earth would making the show 18+ make it interesting?

This would mean reducing the pool even further and have even worse acts in the final.

And lets not forget that both diversity and spellbound would be unable to enter if they made it 18+

Kids have been in talent shows for as long as there have been talent shows.

The standard of talent has been terrible this year. Ronan seems like a nice kid but with a voice that isn't at all special or extraordinary.

I liked the two girls doing martial arts the best last night - far and away the best last night.

I know they're looking to throw a few rubbish acts into the semi finals but they should at least be so bad they're funny - that idiot last night (Terminator muppet) wasn't remotely amusing or entertaining.
