Maybe its just British culture and the aw factor.

He was ok, but not outstanding.

If he was a 42 year old man he wouldn't probably be getting through.

Maybe they should have a separate Britain's Got Talented Kids series and group them all together

Agree. Its the guilt thing. "Dont vote for me and ill cry and fail all my exams and my life will be over".

I would vote for keeping kids right out of it (just said similar on another thread)

A kid has never won so clearly not everyone feels the need?

Few tears will register enough votes for the final already

Sampson was a vile little cretin!

The british public are gullable fools scared to vote real talent over sobbing kids.

It's Mums and 12 year olds who vote for those acts.

Actually I voted for him because I enjoyed his act and thought he deserved to win.

Vile little cretin? I won't say 'takes one to know one' - I'll just think it.

I agree. Keep kids out of talent shows! Let them have a seperate show for the brats.

because of who votes on these shows

finalists always made up of male dancers, male singers, some singing pre-pubescent boys and perhaps a token old lady and somebody playing an instrument. every year without fail.

so frickin dull

The voting demographic are not going to vote for stripper like females around 5ft 6 to 5ft 10 with large breasts somehow

Thus far theres only two kids who got through to the final due to legit talent IMHO

George Sampson and Aiden Davis

The worst case was Hollie Steel, she wasn't a great singer, she only got through due to cute factor and since she started crying, if she hadn't started crying she would never have got the sympathy and cuteness votes and the Soprano guy from the same episode would have gone through, who had far more talent than she did.

Hollie Steel, Shaheen Jafa-whatever, Natalie Okry (probably the best of these names), Chloe Hickenbottom and now Ronan, all little kids with nothing more than cute factor who probably shouldn't have made the semis and definitely not made the finals

The thing that annoys me most is they kicked out that amazing dancer, Michael, the French guy, who had a hundred times more talent than Ronan (then again he was up against Razy who is the best act in the competition this year by a wide margin)

They shouldn't have kids in BGT. I thought he was terrible.

That's a little too strong unless you know him in real life and don't think much of his personality? But if you have based that on his time on bgt, then I think you are 'vile'!

I actually cannot believe your wording here.

This is why they should have two shows: Britain's Got Talent and Britain's Got Mini Talent (or a better title) the kids acts and the adult acts should be seperate. Child acts always get the cute factor and can never do anything wrong, adult acts however, is totaly different thing.

So you know/knew him in real life then? Fair enough if you know him but I think you should tone your words down a bit, they are really strong, words that I have never and will never use.
