Complaining about 3 Network Service
Hey guys I have been having ongoing issues with 3 in the last few days and been trying to get them sorted but according to them there are no issues with the network but since Friday the network on both my iPhone and 3G Dongle has been really slow and sluggish and have slowly been getting worst, is there anyone I can contact to put in a complaint about 3 not meeting their service commitments.

Does your phone say it's got a signal but actually you can't make or receive calls, can't send texts or use the Internet? If so I've been having this too...

3's mobile broadband service has been really sluggish here too with various DNS issues since the end of last week, at times only running a 3G service and no HSPA and a top speed of 128kbps, normally I get between 1.5/3.5MB download.
It seems to be fine since 10pm though! |

My girl friend Is having a lot of problems with 3 dongle it says she has 3 or 4 bars and nothing works it cuts her off a lot of the time things take hours to load during the day then when it's 10pm everything works so wired

I use the same APN as the dongles (it's the only way to avoid their annoying NAT). Service seems fine here. I wish I could say the same for my wireless router!

Not had any problems here, but not used the phone much as I've been ill so I am not the best test subject.
