In previous series as soon as the act has finished Ant and Dec will come, have a quick chat with the act and then go to the judges and ask for they're comments one by one.

I noticed yesterday that after each act had finished Ant and Dec didn't come on stage. The act would stand there, the judges said they're comments and when they'd finished THEN A+D came on stage.
