The "Magic" Trick (spoiler)

It was pretty lame. They went to all bother of highlighting how the box was padlocked so that it was really dangerous and then you could clearly see them lift the lid off the box completely lol. They should've pretended to open the box like a hinge for a bit of believability.

Yes, this has been pissing me off.

Would have been a fabulous illusion if they had been more careful about opening the box at the end,

I knew how it was done, but still thought they did it very well.

I could see there was no water in the tank, just before the curtain was drawn for the last time.

I knew how it was done (thanks to the Masked Magician, or whatever he's called), and TBH I didn't notice the opening of the box at the end - I was still impressed with how quickly they did the actual illusion.

i thought it was an average performance of a tired and over used trick

but they were an engaging enthusiastic couple doing live tv for the first time. Something which i believe demands huge courage.

So kudos to them and I hope its the start of big things for them.
