I thought it was a weird voice. Very strange. As were the facial expressions she pulled. Looked like she was constipated.

I agree quite strange. It did seem quite shaky so perharps was all down to nerves. I didnt rate it TBH, I didnt rate any of the solos.

She has a totally different persona on stage.

i think shes an horrific judge, really really crap

but her voice wasnt bad for the stage and she seems like a whole different person on britains got more talent. She seems much more fun and loose.

But on the judging panel she seems like an uptight henpecking shrew

Decent karaoke voice but as I said in another topic, most people who work on the West End usually have these monotone voices but are able to belt out a showtune perfectly. She was just decent at singing a karaoke song.

Pretty bad but nowhere near as bad as Cheryl Cole, yet Simon always says that Cheryl's shit 'live' singing is 'incredible'. He gave a pretty half-hearted response to Amanda's performance though. I used to like Simon, but the blind devotion to St Cole is truly pathetic.

It came across as a bit 'candy pop' and put me off going to see it.

She would be an ok chorus girl but her voice isn't right for a lead in theatre.

Not bad tonight, but she sounded different than previous times I have heard her sing.

She looked good in that red wig - she should dye her hair that colour as it suits her better than the insipid blonde she normally has.

As for her voice, it was better than I expected, to be honest.

I agree, she cannot sing and she most definitely should not be in a lead part. Her voice is not strong enough at all!

I love all the Shrek films and stories. If the musical is true to the first Shrek film, ~Amanda should have been dressed in her 'Orgre' character, after all the real love story is that Princess Fiona turns into a Lady Orgre and the love song is about their true love.

(In hindsight, maybe there was not enough time for Amanda to change into her proper orgre costume, and I would really love to see the Musical - sorry for being so pedantic).

A couple of my friends went to see it, they said it was utterly bizzare but still very enjoyable. I wasnt convinced after this performance, I thought I was going to love it but was a little disappointed. Still might go...
