I hope not! After all the time they spent on building his character and making him into a human rather than 'cliche soap villian', it's such a shame that it seems by underdeveloped writing and slotting him into filler material that they're forgetting about/removing some of the character traits that make him, him and thus making him a 2D villian rather than a flawed character that makes bad choices.

Though, if I'm being cynical, I think HO are trying to dumb down the plotlines, because most of the audience are teens anyway and they have a short attention span so they won't be able to get through a whole scene with just talking. They only watch to see excitement and madcap plotlines, and what's more exciting than spa!times and the ChezChez games!

You're probably right qwerty. But I have a tiny bit of hope that they'll notice which of their actors has caused the most excitement among fans and in the awards, and try to serve him well

but i dont have a short attention span! so HO should make the plots complex for ME because i make up most of the viewers as when brendans on i put HO on every tv in the house, and i watch the repeats and omnibuses.

At least we've got the stuff Emmett said about taking it dark. I'm not sure I can exactly stomach seeing 'light comedy' Brendan when we know he's borderline psychotic at times. Yes, he's always been funny just being himself, but it was dark humour, the best kind. "Comedy abuser" leaves me reaching for the Gaviscon. But hey, I expect I'm just oversensitive.

I'm missing Leemil?

I don't want to feel this way. I've really enjoyed HO and I quite like filler weeks, it's just this week and the upcoming weeks seem like they're so pointless as nothing actually happens or progresses. But I'm still holding out hope on Jay!Duff and Eileen to bring some proper drama back into HO.

I mean what was with 'Duncan the not-Maths Genius' and that random Starlight Express thing.

Also, I hate Sinead too!

and ED is sooo sad i can barely watch it until this jackson things over but ED is opposite of HO cos the continuity is like way too much (its realistic but boring)
