Urgh,, after a lot of faffing, the main hardware issue has been resolved, that being the lack of connectivity on the USB port, fixed by a hard re-set ( with the android exclamation mark) nadn trying every optin that that listed ( cant remember now which one worked) as well as somehow getting it in "Safe mode"
but any way the end result was a working USB port
Overall, once the e-maisl started motorola have been fantastic in dealing with the problems, the best that i could get out of Pixmania was a send it to us in France for repair.
As i said before, Hindsight is a fantastic thing and had i known what i do now, i would have bought from amazon, however on Pixmanias part they should clearly state that you are buying French products, designed primarily to work in France, but compatible within the EU.
