I was just wondering how SGS2 users were finding the phones signal reception ? IMO it seems to be far better then the Galaxy S. I put my 3 sim card in my Galaxy S and on the way to work I would get at best 1 signal bar, with more often no service. I have tried the 3 sim in my SGS 2 and now on the way to work I hardly ever drop below 2 bars. Is it just the way the phone reads the signal or is it better at reception ?

Have to say I dont think my SGS2 is as good as my old HTC Desire for reception.

I dont know if it's just me but I think Samsung handsets are slightly behind most other manufacturers when it comes to the aerials.

I've not had any problems as such so far cause signal is generally strong in my area, but there dossnt appear to be as many signal bars.

Did you have problems with yuor SGS1?

On Voda, btw.

The Samsungs I had including a Galaxy S always was one or two bars below that of other handsets and in my work place where I can barely get a signal the Samsungs wouldn't get any at all. They also took an age to find network again when I came out of the building.

The best at signal and call quality in my experience has been Nokia although I wouldn't go near Symbian or Windows... I'd love a Nokia with Android but I can dream.
