Can anyone suggest how I can get my Pure Evoke Flow repaired. It is over 2 years old and Pure will not undertake it. It is completely dead like the Norwegian Blue parrot.

If Pure are refusing to repair it, presumably because they offer no service or spares?, then contact where you bought it from as it's in breach of the SOGA.

Tesco's have had to replace their own brand sets free because they also offer no service or spares.

If you have any problems, contact trading standards for advice.
