I'm kind of gutted that Vincent didn't take him back into the boardroom

I agree.

He becomes more irritating each episode. I am glad that LS is seeing through him though,.

I dont like him, but he has contributed more than Natasha.

I've gone right off Jim too.

I don't think Sugar trusts him, and won't invest in him now.

He's horrible. No sense of loyalty, which is certainly something you want from a business partner. What a snake.

I don't like the guy at all. I knew Vince wouldn't bring Jim back to BR, how weak...

I like him and he's a great guy in person but yeah he didn't come across fantastically but Vincent was awful and I think he would have went tonight regardless.

But this is a cut-throat process. If you need to throw someone under the bus to survive you bloody well do it. No room for nice guys here.

I think you can maintain your integrity and stand your ground.

I don't agree with this idea that you can only win if you play dirty.

I think he will go far but won't win. He's got his cards marked and no winner has ever really had their cards marked, they usually go through pretty unscathed. I think he will get to the interview stage but will go at that point.

Shame as he is a hometown boy.

There is shrewd and there is slimey. Jim is slimey. This series is about finding a business partner and you have to be able to trust someone you will be working so closely with, jim has proven time and again that he has no loyalty, he's also quite aggressive when things look like they aren't going his way, another unattractive trait.

I highly doubt he's gonna con Sugar out of his fortune if he was working in partnership with him

No! You are talking about him having no loyalty. Well yeh, he wont have loyalty to those bums he's working with on the show but if he was working for Sugar im pretty sure it would be "yes lord sugar, no lord sugar, three bags full lord sugar".

Jim's a sly one. I wouldn't trust him one bit. And I reiterate my belief that he's passive aggressive.

But I think Sugar would have more respect for someone who can admit when they've made an error. Jim was happy to take credit for an idea when he thought it would benefit him, but was quick to try and wriggle out of it when it became clear it wouldn't. He's a bit of a snake as opposed to the straight-talker Sugar is after.

To be fair, Jim said he'd thought of the idear, but the rest liked it and sycophant Vincent fell in love with it before the words were out of Jim's mouth. It's hardly Jim's fault if the others are scared of him.

Jim its my idea

Oh we lost, lord sugar i was brain storming i put out ideas is it my fault Vincent took it

Jim should have stood by his idea and defended his position to name it 'Every bloody thing in a tin'

but he escaped the noose this time and Vincent paid the ultimate price for his friendship.

Jim will need to keep his wits about him to survive and that will only be done by winning eveery remaining task

I agree. Plus Jim came up with a few other ideas, including 'fur play' which is quite clever.

I did see a different side to him tonight though. Just a wee bit too pushy in the boardroom.

Jim is playing the game, he seems to have some sort of power over the others and if they are intimidated by him and too scared to take him into the boardroom then that is their fault not his.

I really liked him initially, but he got on my nerves tonight, he needs to learn when to keep his mouth shut, if he calms down he could do well, but I don't know that he will.

I also liked him at first but he is now becoming a snake in the grass who would hang his colleagues out to dry to get what he wants. I'm glad LS is seeing through him. I thought he might have been a potential winner at first but am not so sure now.
