I like him and he's a great guy in person but yeah he didn't come across fantastically but Vincent was awful and I think he would have went tonight regardless.

I think you can maintain your integrity and stand your ground.
I don't agree with this idea that you can only win if you play dirty.
I think he will go far but won't win. He's got his cards marked and no winner has ever really had their cards marked, they usually go through pretty unscathed. I think he will get to the interview stage but will go at that point.

There is shrewd and there is slimey. Jim is slimey. This series is about finding a business partner and you have to be able to trust someone you will be working so closely with, jim has proven time and again that he has no loyalty, he's also quite aggressive when things look like they aren't going his way, another unattractive trait.

I highly doubt he's gonna con Sugar out of his fortune if he was working in partnership with him

No! You are talking about him having no loyalty. Well yeh, he wont have loyalty to those bums he's working with on the show but if he was working for Sugar im pretty sure it would be "yes lord sugar, no lord sugar, three bags full lord sugar".

But I think Sugar would have more respect for someone who can admit when they've made an error. Jim was happy to take credit for an idea when he thought it would benefit him, but was quick to try and wriggle out of it when it became clear it wouldn't. He's a bit of a snake as opposed to the straight-talker Sugar is after.
To be fair, Jim said he'd thought of the idear, but the rest liked it and sycophant Vincent fell in love with it before the words were out of Jim's mouth. It's hardly Jim's fault if the others are scared of him.

I agree. Plus Jim came up with a few other ideas, including 'fur play' which is quite clever.
I did see a different side to him tonight though. Just a wee bit too pushy in the boardroom.
Jim is playing the game, he seems to have some sort of power over the others and if they are intimidated by him and too scared to take him into the boardroom then that is their fault not his.
I really liked him initially, but he got on my nerves tonight, he needs to learn when to keep his mouth shut, if he calms down he could do well, but I don't know that he will.

I also liked him at first but he is now becoming a snake in the grass who would hang his colleagues out to dry to get what he wants. I'm glad LS is seeing through him. I thought he might have been a potential winner at first but am not so sure now.
