Tom isn't full of bravado like the others. He quietly figures out what is being asked of them (it's a shame they don't listen).

He's intelligent and calm and likeable.

Tom isn't assertive enough to win. In a business context he's too weak. Even if Tom invented time travel and Sugar owned the rights to it, he'd be fired.

Tom would only be able to keep Helen and possibly Susan (depends if she gets really whiny like a child in the boardroom) behind him in terms of defending himself in the boardroom.

But if he gets lucky, like most of the girls on Team Venture, and gets a few wins and even with a loss stay out of the (final) boardroom then he could get far yet.

Remember, Lord Sugar changes the set of rules every week. One week he fires the hiders, other times he fires someone because he does not like their personality and another time he fires the people who are strategizing.

Tom could have potential if he came second and Sugar hired him as an assistant to the winner. I doubt that will happen but I can't see Tom winning because he's too nice. By that I mean he's nice but not pushy enough. In the 'Apprentice World' you do need to be a bit assertive and Tom lacks that quality.

I think the first male PM, Gavin and now Vincent all deserved to go, so what's left of the male or female count is irrelivent in relation to the one winner at the end.

If this was a public popularity vote, Sugar wouldn't be giving the prize at the end that he is.

I agree I reckon Leon Doyle - Jim Eastwood - Glenn Ward will all get dumped and the only guy left standing will be Tom Pellereau although at times it can be a matter of luck

Yes totally agree. It is a shame don't listen but the producers ensure that Tom's wisdom is always inserted to the show at some point. He's a contender for sure.

I think The Scientist is the weakest one there.

I reckon Jim or Glenn could take it. I do think that Jim's big c**k does scares Sugar though.
