Gotta agree. Haven't seen much of her, seems to have been hiding in the background. Hopefully we will see more from her.

Trust me she will get licks sooner or later remember paul from series 2 won 8 never went to the boardroom once.

Then when spoken he got battered quicktime in the interviews so things can change.

If she doesn't win she would make a great Cluedo character in a film

Well, Helen did quite well tonight. I was pleased because previously she had been so much in the background.

You use the word "but" as if being filthy is a bad thing.

That is what I am thinking, she seems to have in her head that because she has been on the winning team each week that makes her really good, it doesn't.

She was quite a poor team leader to be honest or was it just the louder ones like Natasha and Melody who didnt really rate her and wanted her to fail

As soon as I saw her audition video I thought 'Huh she thinks she's such a little miss perfect'.

Turns out she is! How annoying is that!!!
Perfect 100% record in 6 tasks, and we've never even really seen any negative qualities from her. Infact we've never really seen any human qualities from her.
For the meantime everything's perfect in Miss Helen's world.

There's no doubt her star's risen lately. She's won all of her previous tasks, then goes in to a team that's lost all of their's, takes on the PM role, and leads them to their first victory. Call it luck if you want, but there's nothing wrong with being lucky in business. Beats being unlucky any day of the week.

She did well this week, the first time we've really seen her and she makes a decision that if it had backfired would have got her fired.

She's a contender

if she ends up winning I suspect I will be told she has done something shes won

She was clearly being held back in the early weeks for some reason and she was the great unknown but still dont think shes that great.

She reminds me of the hard faced one that won last year

Not if he doesn't read it as luck but ability. That last task was pure Sugar - its what he did and he prizes his own abilities. From what was said by him, and the professional in the field, you need the ability to think on your feet and make the right calls. There seem not to be rules. Helen negotiated the task making the right calls, and without the advantage of experience or knowledge. She also took a risk and won with it, which also may suggest luck or instinct is with her. She also turned around a team with a losing record and got them working together, which suggests other needed skills.

Now he might work out that actually Zoe got within £6 without making the same right calls , or not. If he doesn't, Helen looks rather good ,as someone with good reliable sense who can run a business . She has the record, another win as PM ,or some more good reports, and she just needs a business idea .

The opposition also looks a bit weaker. Melody is hovering there - but still waiting for an outstanding performance and she called differently to Helen this week. Leon is invisible. Susan he thinks is too young - unless she has a great idea for their business. Zoe he likes, but she may be a more tactful version, in the boardroom, of Debra and Clare and seh needs their successes. Jim he doesn't, I think, trust. Tom spots the right things, and may well have the big business idea, but he hasn't shown he can win, or lead ,or get himself listened to, which must mark him back till he does.

Helen looked impressive as a PM last night and is the dark horse coming to the fore. Melody is also looking good and I think Sugar has a soft spot for Susan . Jim should also be in contention but not sure if he's blotted his copybook with LS.

Melody was outstanding in task 1 (even if people didn“t rate her personality) and in last night“s task (she said exactly the same things as Karren, who looked very pleased with her). The problem that Melody faces is that Lord Sugar clearly does not like her (two jibes on a winning task!!). Which means she might be out first time she faces the boardroom (he will easily invent a reason).

You mean Debra, who had a subscription to the boardroom
