Even with her victory as PM, I think the question is still pertinent - What has Helen done?

Think about it, her role was to manage a team composed of what I consider to be the Apprentice series 7 all-stars - Jim, Tom, Natasha, Melody - surely this isn't exactly hard.

She's been coasting it for five weeks and then gets lucky as PM. And now she's a contender to win? Don't bloody think so.

The last five tasks her contribution has been nothing if note. Except laughing at 'See their light', which was admittedly funny, but she has to do a bit more than that.

Agree with this completely.
She has rarely popped her head up from out of the sand in past tasks.

Even her being made PM was not met with enthusiasm and seemed to be more of a "let her do it so she'll be in the firing line" sort of thing.

The big risk paid off, but it's not time to break out the champers just yet.

Nobody has won this from doing well for just a week.

She's on Lord Sugar's radar now, slinking back into the shadows would get her fired.

Helen was very, very lucky she won by £9 because LS would castigate her for not charging to take the rubbish away on both the jobs he lined up, and he would have to fire her as it was her big gamble.

This competition has a lot of unfairness and just winning by the slenderest amount is one . Although I'm no fan of Zoe she has to be commended for working hard on day two and coming so close to winning after losing both contracts.

When Vincent managed the same team, he lost. OK, he also had Ellie, but I don't think she'd have made much difference. Felicity also had those four and also lost. A bad leader can usually find a way to lose.

I agree this just means she's not as hopeless as the past fired leaders; it doesn't mean she's good. We are reaching the stage where the really poor candidates have all gone. I'd say Leon and Glenn are the weakest remaining, and they are more mediocre than useless.

He doesn't always fire people for gambling. He didn't fire Zoe even though she gambled in the opposite direction (ie relied on being able to find her own contracts to make up for losing the pitches) and lost.

He actually seemed to praise Zoe a bit for taking that gamble and her admitting that it didn't work.
I doubt he'd have done the same for Helen.

I am almost sure she will get to the final. Of all the candidates she seems the most impressive. Even her CV sounds better than anyone else's. She hasnt yet run her own company, but the company she is working for is a very large one. I also think LS does fancy her.

Helen Louise Milligan boasted in her Apprentice audition, that she can do anything she puts her mind to.In fact the 30 year old Northumberland woman, who now works as an Executive Assistant to CEO, admitted that after she finished her law degree she changed her career to waitress because she didn’t want to work in an office. She said:I came from a law degree, decided I didn’t want to work in an office and started a completely new career as a waitress. We’ve been thinking about her comment for ages and still can’t work out why that would be something to boast about!Helen went on:People that annoy me in life are those that just work the nine to five and go home.Yeah, we can see why she wouldn’t want to work in an office. Much better to waitress until all hours of the morning!

She didnt quit uni. She got her degree!

She only has to beat the competition. Most of the others have succeeded in ruling themselves out or look weaker. Jim has his Sugar cards marked as untrustworthy and he's clocking up a list of mistakes.. Natasha has done less. Leon has made mistakes and been invisible at other tasks. Zoe has made bigger mistakes, and is already at risk. Susan is too young, often gets things wrong ,and can't explain herself when she is right ,or get people to listen to her. Tom is right on most issues, but has a terrible record of being on losing teams, has not had one success as a PM, and also is ignored by his team. On past series, he would be ruled out as a winner - unless he speedily chalks up some individual success. Melody gets somethings right ,and some wrong, and she made the wrong call on the same issue Helen made the right one on. Glenn had a lucky win, when he should have lost as PM, but otherwise is extremely unimpressive. Against that lot ,Helen currently looks good.

Helen has come across quite quiet in the last few weeks, but if you look at what she does contribute it's all positive stuff.

She isn't getting involved in the bitchiness, she's just trying hard to get the tasks done.

She shone as being project manager this past week, and I hope she will be more in the limelight again as she really showed what she was made of.

Helen has a good win record I don't think she has lost yet.
The last man to win it did not have much coverage either.
I think sometimes the ones we don't see a lot of are actually very good and so they don't make good TV
We like to see people getting it wrong

So you admit we haven't seen much of her doing anything right and because of that we have to assume she must be doing lots of things right, but just not seeing it because the TV wants to only show people doing things wrong .......... errr ......OK.

Thats like saying 'Im not poor ........ therefore I must be a millionaire.'

I like how youre stating that shes a star like its fact, even though we've seen nothing to date to show that. Lets stop with the rubbish ...... 'well they dont show her doing anything good, therefore she must be good.' line of bizarre reasoning that some of you are taking, and lets look at what evidence we've ACTUALLY seen of her doing good. Being on a winning team doesnt in itself make someone good.

If I were to play on the Manchester United team and we were to beat say Chelsea, would you then draw the conclusion that I must be a good football player?

Come now people, I thought we had more intelligent souls in here.

Hmmm, well to be fair anyone can claim to be related ...... but I guess its a bit of a stretch to go out of your way to claim to be Helens sister if you werent.

OK, so lets work on the basis that you arent telling porky pies, I have a couple of questions.

1) Why does your sister wear her hair pulled back, she looks like a stern headmistress when she does that.

2) Does your sister thinks shes been fairly portrayed so far, or does she think shes done stuff thats never made it to camera.

3) Would you describe yourself better looking than your sister?

4) I get a very strong feeling by the posts etc etc that Helen goes a VERY long way ....... Im pretty sure I know who the final is between now ... ( ok that wasnt a question, more a statement)
