Oh Im sure thats definitely happened, but her sister didnt sign anything and if it ever came down to a court of law, her sister could just say she was speculating that her sister did well and that Helen didnt tell her anything.

Itd be easy enough for a half decent lawyer to get around.

I think people are more scared of lawyers than they need to be. Hell I was the one telling the world that stella quit her job and got a bunch of people telling me 'oooh you might get sued etc etc...' well Im still waiting for the lawyers letters lol!
