I don't see that the wrong team won. LS made his decision on the overall designs of the product and the name. Catsize won at both of these but lost in the advert. So that was two wins against one.

Imo LS should have got rid of Jim as well, instead of the Northern woman. That would have shown a fab message to all the others and I'd have loved to have seen that. For some reason I don't think LS would have the guts to do that.

I disagree. As I argued in #13. Lord Sugar understood the campaign from the advert. And Leon explained the campaign in detail also. Neither presentation was smooth or polished, but both got the job done and conveyed the necessary information.

Glenn's cats eyes/glowing light thing was confusing, but it seems to me that was just him and the rest of the team did their best to discard it and emphasis the good parts of the idea, namely the weight and health issue.

“The marketing people for the first time in the Apprentice could not decide on a winner. So to have Sugar castigate Vincent and his team like he did was disgraceful behaviour on his part. He is a nasty man . How dare he speak to people the way he does for trying their best.”

Well, yes. That's business as usual, though. The losers will be castigated if they only lose by a penny. And to be fair, there are always things to find fault with - partly because of the time constraints and other pressures make it almost impossible to do a perfect job. It's supposed to be a tough ride. However, most candidates say they enjoy it and learn from it.

I'm native Northern Irish and I wish they would get rid of Jim. But I dont think LS can sack someone who wasn't brought into the board room and stay within the rules.

I don't think that would bother Sugar. I think he's more intersted in the markups and margins than in the unit value.

Absolutely. LS wants rid of Jim. He was clearly annoyed that Vincent didn't bring him back in. If he had, then Vincent would still have been there I think. I don't like Ellie at all. She comes accross as very bitchy.
