I'm ALWAYS excited after watching those episodes. I remember when I rewatched them while I was still at uni, and figured out that River Song didn't have to meet the 10th Doctor again for her character to make sense (which at first I thought was necessary, for reasons too lengthy to explain here), I wouldn't shut up about it for a week and my housemates all stopped talking to me until I did. On top of that, they're also my favourite episodes since the revival (although I'm reconsidering this post-The Doctor's Wife).
