I love the Chopping Wood song too. I started the appreciation thread last year for Sean Sheehan who did it.

And I've said in another thread that Michael McIntyre performing Sex on Fire must happen. Maybe I should start a thread calling on ITV/Cowell to make MM singing Sex on Fire happen in the final.

It has to be the French dancer guy. I met up with 8 friends on Monday and every single person thought that the judges were off their heads to pick the other guy over him. Somebody said then it's so obviously unfair that they will bring him back as a wildcard and by doing so will elevate him right up there with the top acts to win.

We all agreed the show deliberately created this false premise that 4 categories were down to a head to head between a final 2. The 2 dancers were miles more talented than 20 of the acts put through and that they should be slugging it out against each other was contrived when several hopeless other acts were just waved through, with no chance of getting anywhere.

Sean Sheehan was more talented than the Popeye person.

The pop-eye person has limited talent, 30 seconds and that is that, finito. How could that possibly be an act on the Royal Variety Show?
