Am I right in thinking that A Good Man Goes to War happens in River's timeline BEFORE the Pandorica - therefore she hasn't yet met Dorium and bought the Time Vortex Manipulator off him yet?

Yeah, it takes place before the pandorica opens. However, that only means it takes place prior to her acquiring that particular vortex manipulator. I guess it's reasonable to assume she might have had another one before those events - presumably she found her way to the USA in 1969 in the events of the first two episodes using similar tech as well.
But yeah, presumably Dorium bears her no ill will as yet for the explosive devices she places in his belly.
I think from this that Demonds Run is a place and not actually Demonds Running !! I think the Eye lady works for Soltariuns (sorry for the spelling) since they created Clone humans back in series 4 with Martha, and i think that is how the Doctor discovered Amy, wasnt Amy remember something about them smelling bad or something that's perhaps why they where creating new types of clones as well so the Doctor couldnt smell her !! Something about something being Big perhaps the face of Bow , doesnt River have the same gun in an episode as Captain Jack/ Face of Bow !!
I think from this we can take it as Demond Runs is a place and not actual Demonds running. As well it mentions something big, perhaps refering to the face of Bow, we met him and the Duke guy in the New Earth hospital in Series 2 .

Kovarian's lieutenant was the Sergeant fighting the Sontarons in series 4, I think. I've certainly seen him in Dr. Who before. (I think they're clones).

The reason I ask is, as we know, River did not recognise Rory in Pandorica, yet in AGMGTW's 'clip 1' we see (spoliers below)

I don't think its as simple as that. They meet in the wrong order, not just backwards. Thats why the whole diary checks are so important. And it has to be after TPO because of whats above me.
Also, I think TIA must be one of her last meetings with him, because of the way she reacted to the kiss with the whole "and a last..."
Edit.. Also, shouldn't it be River's past is the Doctors future? Like she mentioned the pandorica with the weeping angels, and therefore it was her past and his future?

River may not have recognised Rory because at that point in time, he technically didn't exist, except as Amy's hidden memory converted into an auton. Consequently River's memory of Rory would have been erased from time.
