Most uncreative adverts ever

The adverts task is usually full of funny and kooky ideas, but these were literally just animals eating food.
I guess they were only pet food adverts so the scope for creativity was limited, but they make Pants Man look like the work of a creative genius.

The simplicity of the ads was what made them quite effective I thought.

Clearly, the candidates had watched previous series to know not to repeat the mistake of getting bogged down in elaborate storytelling and fancy camerawork.

They ensured there were enough shots of the product and sufficient information about it. Job done.

In my personal opinion pants man telling people not to be pants man was one of the weirdest things ever done in the show, and these adverts were a lot better.

(BTW not being funny or anything, but in a pet food advert, it probably is a idea to have some pets eating food!)

-Sid- is absolutely right. Time and time again the losing team has the most creative advert because they get so caught up in making the advert creative that they forget to flog the product. Both teams successfully avoided this trap this time, and its to their credit.

The eight hands are better than two advert done by the dodgy mortgage guy last year was far worse. It managed to be unimaginative and offensive at the same time.

Natasha's advert was amazing when you consider she had one day to create it and had no prior experience. (Or if she did she didn't boast about it.)

Yes, it was just a fairly routine pet food advert but is was incredibly competent given the constraints under which it was made.

It was the only one of any that have been made in any series that looked as if it could have been shown as a genuine advert.

I hadn't been particularly impressed with Natasha up until this episode but she certainly triumphed in the task she was given here.

This is Alan Sugar we're talking about. Creativity has no place in the adverts.

I'm just waiting for someone to do an ad with a 30 second still photo of just the product, with a voiceover saying 'Buy Sugarpaws! Buy Sugarpaws! Buy Sugarpaws! It has calcium! Buy Sugarpaws !Buy Sugarpaws! Buy Sugarpaws! It has Omega 3! Buy Sugarpaws! ....
