So I have a customers details that I need someone to call urgently, I send a bbm and when it's read I know it will be actioned, I need a part sending out today so send a bbm again, when it's read again I know it will be actioned, saves me a he'll of a lot of time having to ring busy people and being put in a call queue which I can do if I find after an hour or so if it's not been read, like I said bbm is better.
