Orange Cut Me Off!!!!
Yesterday my wonderful phone company Orange disconnected my phone and closed my account of their own accord.
Last month I had requested my PAC code as was considering leaving, I didn't use it. I was told that the PAC code expires after 30 days if not used. But Orange closed my account anyway on the 30th day!!! They have now reinstated my account, but has this happened to anyone else? They offered no apology either. |
