Give Ronan Parke the prize now, it's obviously been set up for him to win.

With all the crap acts the panel has put though, it's obvious to everyone Ronan Parke is going to win. Hopefully this will be the end of BGT and goodbye to the producers who manipulate and set it all up for certain acts to win.

I have to admit, I'd be very surprised if he doesn't win given the competition he is up against (or lack of it).

2 more years to go after this one - Cowell may not be a judge though, he knows the crap that the producers have put through. Putting the top 40 acts in the semi-finals would not get front-page news or controversy or arguments.

Best to take the whole thing with a pinch of salt, enjoy it for what it is - end of the pier entertainment.

But they have variety and magicians on ends of piers!

I just hope he doesn't slip into the UK Beiber role as Simon wants, There are better acts in the competition imo.

Umm. There are some great acts in the final. It might be set up for him to win but it's up to the public to vote for who they want to win.

Its pretty obvious that Simon wants Ronan to win!

He let slip that he was lookin for "the next big star" in his comments in one of the semis (although I can't remember which one) - and I remember thinking - "you're supposed to be looking for an act for the Royal Variety performance - not someone you can sign for your record label - that's what X Factor is for!"

I must admit that up against the other 4 winners and a couple of the judges picks, he has a lot more competition in the final than he faced in his semi. The bell ringers and the magicians would have given him more of a challenge though!

Funny how he was in the first night of the semi's (more time to practise) and in the final spot of the night (More likely to be voted through).

Is this the Justin Bieber lookalike?

Bryan Gunn (ex NCFC goalkeeper) and his wife were on TV last night as they are friends of Ronan Parke and his family.

They were saying he is very talented and there has been no underhand stuff with S Cowell. They had Ronan T shirts!!

Gosh, fans of Ronan and family friends who have T-shirts with HIS name on them! I trust you're not suggesting that this is evidence of corruption?

I think SImon would prefer it now for Ronan not to win. It would 'dis-prove' the recent rumours for some people allowing him to play the sympathy card and keep his image intact, resulting in more record sales.
Second didn't exactly do SuBo's sales much harm.

They'll push New Bounce tonight as he can make a killing off them anyway.

Yes I agree with this. It's now in their interest for Ronan not to win otherwise people are going to persist in certain accusations. Also if ronan is put on last on second to last, and it will give people cause to claim a 'fix'. Subo didnt need to win, ronan probably doesnt either to sell records.

However, I think ronan will get ALOT of votes. Because of the 'smear campaign' I think people will vote even more for him, especially since Simon made that speech, his fans will think this has hindered his chances and increase voting.

Do you think that the producers are allowed to put anyone through without Simon's say so,? I doubt it.

It's up to the public who win X factor, but Simon manages to manipulate that.
