confused by bill on 3
Hi, i am currently confused by my billing by 3, last december i upgraded to an iphone 4 for £35 per month, about 3 months ago when they fetched the one plan with all you can eat data for £35 out, i phoned them up to tell them i wanted to change tarrifs, they did this for me, but told me my monthly charge would be £37, i agreed to this, but since then my first bill was for under £25(ok i thought maybe i was due some sort of discount for tariffs crossing over or something), but my next 2 subsequent bills have again been for under £25, so something clearly is wrong, should i ring them and question it, am not really that bothered, but just thinking what is the likelihood of 3 realising this mistake in about 6 months time, then stinging me with a massive bill.
Hope you can understand the post TIA |

Are you definitely getting your correct amount of mins/texts/data?
If you are going to query it I'd do it in a 3 retail store, they are less likely to put the tariff back up for noticing a mistake if there has been one |

Log on to your account. It will tell you everything you need to know, minutes, texts data etc. What plan you are on.
