I've not really watched much of Britain's Got Talent before but what struck me about it in particular was the judges. I don't feel there is much of a connection between them and in at least two cases (Hasselhoff & Cowell) they seem very ill-matched to the show.

If you could create an ideal judging panel, who would you have?

Jane Macdonald or Cilla Black = Singer's

Arlene Phillips = Dance
