I hope so; i think she's run her course and needs to be replaced with some fresh blood.
McIntyre's been a very good addition in terms of jokes; the guy is extremely funny, albeit some of his decisions were quite poor, but hopefully he can improve over time.
Hasslehoff has grown on me, some of the comments he's given were really helpful to the contestants rather than just being extremely rude ala Simon Cowell's comments, but he still struggles with the accents and cultural nuances; you can tell some of the jokes he doesn't get at first, then he manages to translate it in his head and then laughs
I like him though.
I hope McIntyre stays, Hasslehoff would be ok if he stayed, but could potentially replace him with someone else, or have a revolving seat of celebs.
Simon Cowell has been a disappoint somewhat. I didn't miss him on the show as much as i thought i would, in fact, it was fairly good when he wasn't there in terms of entertainment and hilarity (minus the contestants they put through), McIntyre and Hoff seemed WAY more relaxed so flowed better. Simon's been kind of rubbish, especially with his complete shredding of Jessica over something she had no say over. Went way over the top and was extremely disrespectful, giving more attention to a fly than the contestant who just performed
Also, without Simon there, the contestants are more relaxed AND they listen to the other judges a lot more rather than just focussing on what Simon has to say and then forgetting what the others said even if it was good advice/comments.
Finally, the lack of Piers Morgan isn't even noticeable I thought i'd miss him more, but I only remembered he was on the show when he finally showed his face on BGMT.

I really hope so. 5 years is enough. Not sure about The Hoff, it's difficult for him to judge some acts if he doesnt get the British 'humour' or our 'strange' ways, he feels a bit out of place but I think he's grown on me a little over the course of this week.
