I think its a character, I think hes funny but is he 100% real or is that the joke?

He obviously doesn't talk like that when he's discussing his telecom networks.

I think he quite possibly is a telecommunications engineer but he overplays it as a character so that the act works.

His timing is amazing, I love the funny looks and to see a guy of his age dancing like that is hilarious.

He should win for pure comedy entertainment value but its bound to be another singer.
