For me it's Day of the Moon, brilliant action packed episode. I think A Good Man Goes To War closely follows but i liked Day of the Moon that little bit more

I've really enjoyed most, though I was disappointed with The Curse of the Black Spot.
My favourites though are tied - A Good Man Goes To War and The Doctor's Wife

Has to be The Doctor's Wife. By far and away the best episode so far and one of the best from Matt smith's Era(so far). And definitely ten times better than tonight's episode! 
The Doctor's Wife for me - excellent script, top acting (loved Suranne Jones in this), and it was just so great to see all the old TARDIS consoles getting a run out
It's been by and large a terrific series IMO, also lots of love for the opening 2-parter and its sheer WTF-ness!!

Having watched a Good Man Goes to War back again, much as I loved it, it's second to Day of the Moon for me. The Doctor's Wife 3rd. Little to choose between them.
Have to say I was really torn between the opening episode, the doctors wife, and today's finale.

Every episode this series has been fantastic IMO none below an 8/10. My vote goes to "A good man" though
very difficult!

It acually is, at first AGMGTW was ahead by like 10 votes, then Doctors Wife caught up, and was fairly even. It then overtook it by about 8 votes, annd now they are only 2 votes between
