Jai better be careful of spending that 100K too soon.

Scottish talent winners have a very bad track record.

Better hope he doesn't go the way of Leon Jackson and have t pay people in HMV to take the records.

Is that all he wins?!
After all the money they make on this show
Even a Sky 1 show can scrape together a quarter mill

Its not about a recording contract on BGT - its about getting a slot on the Royal Variety Show!

However - if he should want a singing career he is ideally positioned to pursue one now!

They just said on ITV2 that Jai said he is going to use the money to buy his house.

I think paying off his mortgage would be a good way to spend the money; anyone who finds themselves able to should. No rent or mortgage payments changes your financial capabilities drastically.

Simon paid £25,000 per hour to Cheryl cole and nothing left in his pocket!

If he gives a brilliant performance on the Royal Variety Show,
it could set him up for a big career.

I'm no expert on musical theatre, but I was far from impressed by Jai....he has a lot of power in his voice, but technically he's not a great singer.

He has a long career ahead.

Pop Star to Opera Star
The only way is Glasgow

Funny that, the amount of money going to a woman with minimal talent

Sadly this is the problem.
Xfactor has merged with BGT.
He doesnt have anything to prove hes won the show got the money and will perform.

If the person that won spent 3 mins farting into a mic I could understand people being miffed but he won a PUBLIC vote. That until tonight Simon Cowell said he always trusted the public to do the right thing.

Maybe everyone is missing a point here?a lot of the acts from Semi final week had no right being there isnt it amazing how Holden was first off the block with her negative comments. This reeks of a panel that hoped the Golden boy would win and take the heat off some terrible choices THEY made.

The judges saw fit to put all these acts through that alone meant they deemed anyone of them worthy of winning the Contest.Im stunned others cant see this.

No BGT winner has flopped career wise. I remember a lot of people saying where could Diversity go after a couple of tours or so. Well they've done TV & movies.

Her success was guaranteed. Half the world had pre-booked her.
