It's definately a metaphor for the Doctors impending death rather than a piece of actual footage from a forthcoming episode.

Anyone know what Day the Impossible Astronaut takes place on? Maybe there is a miraculous connection with Torchwood?

However, there's a fair bit of time travel in that episode as well as scenes in the 17th century, WW2 and there's no date for the scene with Rory and Amy at home. |
