![]() No, as I wrote at the top it's Guacamole, as I'm sure you know. ![]() Stupid Answer: Yep, the chicken was feeling unwell, it has a tummy bug and it was sick.

Oh I thought that was on the burger, it looks like a revolting pile of slop on the plate! Burger looks ok.

It's a bit harsh to say that someone else's homecooked food looks 'revolting' isn't it?

Well done you. I'd pay money for that in a restaurant.
![]() Were you happy with how it turned out? ![]() I was very happy with it, the meat was tender and the flavours were just right. I'd never made a tagine with beef before, but was forced into it by my local Tesco being completely out of fresh meat (again). Being a perfectionist though, I can only think how much better it would have been if I hadn't been too lazy to make another batch of preserved lemons - proper homemade ones are nothing like the ones they sell in jars. Well what does your Guacamole look like? Does it have glitter on it!?!!
![]() ![]() I had sandwiches for my dinner (not lunch) and didn't take pictures as I don't tend to take pictures of my food Your burger looked tasty, but I would have gone with a Cos, instead of iceberg (I think that's what it is?) and I would have chopped it, and a nice ciabatta roll, but that is only personal preference. I would still be happy if that was put in front of me. |

Sorry, haven't got anything recent, and I have posted this somewhere on DS before, but here is a dinner I made last year - roast beef with sauteed baby new potatoes, peas and peppercorn sauce. It was very yummy:
