Just a simple lunch today, as I'm having pie later.
Baguette with ham, tomato, mayo, Frenchies American mustard, light mayo and flat leaf parsely: http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...pszcsjdywk.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...pshy9fu06r.jpg It was yummy! |

I'm bringing this thread back, people.
Here, have some nice diet food. Grilled chicken breast seasoned with some Sazon powdered season I brought back from Brasil (one sachet of garlic flavour, and one of chicken flavour) and dried herbs, sweet potato and carrot mash, shiitake mushroom, spring onion and tarragon gravy, tinned sweetcorn and some spinach. |

Thanks Dolphin. It tasted yummy. Diet food needn't be boring.
More diet food. An experiment. I made summer rolls for the first time a few days ago. I got to use my julienne peeler for the first time (I've had it a year, maybe more). So here are summer rolls. Rice paper soaked in water, then filled with julienned carrots, cucumbers and spring onions in dressing, chopped up crab sticks, vermicelli, coriander. Dash of sesame oil. No frying or any other cooking. Served with very good quality dark soy sauce. Delicious, healthy and great for lunch. http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...pswghtt2bq.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...pspnh0j0li.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...psswza8esv.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...psdyyow38s.jpg |
