Despite all my gorgeous offerings that I've previously posted, it has come to the time at the age of 40 to change my lifestyle and get my weight and health in check
![]() So to kick start things I'm doing a juice diet for 10 days and last nights tea was this http://i976.photobucket.com/albums/a...2/befb1fd8.jpg Juiced spinach, apple, grapes, carrot, celery, cucumber and ginger and it was like a thick milkshake, was bloody lovely. Been on it 4 days now, and It's been great not missing my carbs or sugar and I've already started losing weight ![]() I have juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast juice is just made up of various fruits, whereas lunch and dinners is a concoction of veg and fruit. |

The first attempt I put it in for 5 minutes and it was still not cooked. The next time I tried I put it on for 10 minutes. Smoke alarm and a very burnt smell as the baguette burnt to a crisp.
