(Thanks Shaks! Don't worry, only the admin peoples made me inactive to protect my lady-like qualities )

Here, have some minted lamb steak, wilted spinach, asparagus, mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy!:

Despite all my gorgeous offerings that I've previously posted, it has come to the time at the age of 40 to change my lifestyle and get my weight and health in check

So to kick start things I'm doing a juice diet for 10 days and last nights tea was this

http://i976.photobucket.com/albums/a...2/befb1fd8.jpg

Juiced spinach, apple, grapes, carrot, celery, cucumber and ginger and it was like a thick milkshake, was bloody lovely.

Been on it 4 days now, and It's been great not missing my carbs or sugar and I've already started losing weight

I have juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast juice is just made up of various fruits, whereas lunch and dinners is a concoction of veg and fruit.

Did you leave them in the microwave too long or something? Are they in a bag?

They look like they've been on fire!!

I once tried to cook a part baked baguette in a microwave.
The first attempt I put it in for 5 minutes and it was still not cooked.

The next time I tried I put it on for 10 minutes.
Smoke alarm and a very burnt smell as the baguette burnt to a crisp.

I'm guessing because buttercream is rather yellow, depending on which butter one uses. I use Lurpak because it's the lightest coloured butter. If one wants it really white, one must use vegetable shortening in place of butter, then it'll take on a more blue colour when blue food colour is added.

It's worked to Hazza's advantage though cos his colour came our gorgeous!
