Well whilst we (and the Doctor from his flashbacks) are assuming that the child in the suit is Meoldy we don't actually know. So...

6. Who actually was the child in the spacesuit?
7. Why did she end up dying in an alley after leaving the suit?
8. How could she regenerate?
9. Who does she regenerate into?
10. If it is Melody what's the connection between Madame Kovarian (who just took the baby away) and the Silence (who were looking after the older girl in 1969)?

but basically there is a shack in the back ground with a very obvious outline of a human or silent

but if you zoom in it is partly red which it could mean that.


best bet its ganger doctor watching his own death.

doing a bit of research i see what you mean although to me the pic of the shack could be a cameraman hiding behind it for that shot or even something like a hose tied up on the side, it's pretty ambiguous.
also is this merely a production mistake or does this look like a headless monk?

This was the hidden person they're reffering to.

I still think moffat would be too fussy to have someone stood there if they didnt have anything to do with it.

Also this was because the spacesuit was a life support system hence why she may have died upon leaving the suit

She died 3 or 6 months after leaving the suit was it not?

Yeah good point but she looked like she was ill so maybe it was an illness. The real question is why did the silence keep her in the life support suit? maybe they wanted to wait until the time was right to unleash the 'weapon'? or maybe the silence are good guys and they were trying to protect her and the planet

They made it obvious the girl was Amy's baby and therefore River in AGMGTW when they found TimeLord DNA in the baby and it showed flashbacks of River saying that the baby must have forced it's way out meaning it is strong... Also the girl regenerated at the end of DotM...

There was also a picture of Amy with the baby in the girls room at the orphanage. No parents because River didn't know them
