Must say having read all the bad press on here about 3 Customer Services on here, and having come from Vodafone, I would like to say how impressed I have been with them. Yes they overseas but they are by far the best overseas call centre staff I have ever spoken to. Unlike most they are polite but not overly can think outside of the box and seem really to know the three product. They have iphone technical experts that spend 3 months learning about the iphone. They are really clued up with stuff like personal hotspots and tethering where voda didnt have a clue. The plan I am on is exceptional value #35, pounds a month one plan 2000and minutes 2000 texts unlimited data and you can tether for free. Exceptional 3. Well done
