I just cannot comprehend that people have to make a conscious decission to eat healthily or add certain 'healthy' foods to their diet.
I have been dragged up by parents who ate healthy and a mother who cooked fresh food every day with a good variety of vegetables, fruits, nuts, fish, meat, homemade wholemeal bread. We had a choice of drinks - tea or water.
I still eat the same, but drink coffee more often than tea and I drink 1.5 ltr of water.
Do I ever eat convenience or junk food or drink soft drinks ? Of course I do, but it is not part of my daily diet.
Oh, about the cider vinegar, my dad used to make us drink it when we were little and a spoon of honey, every morning.
