Did Amy call Melody by the name River?

Watch the episode on iPlayer and when The Doctor brings out the cot doesn't Amy say "What's this... River" Listen very carefully at 29:02, if you pause the video isn't there an odd smile on Amy's face; did she realise her (deliberate) mistake?

Checked it on subtitles - and there are none for that line

Honestly - everything else is subtitled except that word.

Listening to it - a definite "Melody".
