Anyone else really looking forward to seeing this character again? Remember, after being headbutted this dude knows everything there is know about the Doctor (maybe even his name) so he may have a bigger role in the scheme of things.. maybe even travel in the Tardis :P

His universe was reset...in that contex,t thedoctor never really lodged at the flat. I dont see how Craig could remember that event ever happening?

The rebooting of the universe restored all the events. Its not like nothing ever happened that we saw. The events of The Lodger would have been restored by the reboot, not erased.

This is quite right, everything has been restored to how it was as we have seen as far as I can tel from the story

Welcome to the Who forum! No, that particular event definitely happened. The universe just reset to how it was before all the cracks, the events at Craig's flat weren't really affected by them.
the events of the Lodger must have happened due to Craig coming back , unless he meets the doctor again for the first time? I dont personally think this whole 'rebooting' of the universe thing is as cut and dry as people think , Rory still remembers?
of course the doctor reset the universe to 'Amys time' that being the chronological date in the series itself...he really did meet craig the week before so Ignore me for now,then. It's a late post and i'm not thinking...haha.

I really liked the first series, but thought it went a bit downhill when they replaced the actress who played the sex slave character.
Some great ideas in it, though.
