Another thing I found pretty unrealistic was the plumbers basically giving away the copper cylinders. In real life I'd assume they would be straight down the scrap metal dealers.

"Number 73! Hello!"

I had to laugh at that, and the mention of it on You're Fired.

Who on earth does that??

Thank you, it's great to know that people are enjoying it. I might make the letter to the Apprentice a weekly thing - you're never short of something to write about with this show.

Please 'Like' my facebook page - I'm trying to build up a bit of a rep on there and, of the thousands who've shared my stuff (esp. Geordie Shore) only six have given me a like!

PS - I also thought that Susan didn't get it, does that mean I didn't get it?
Done

Just saw the episode on iplayer, Im so happy Susan stood up for herself because Zoe was being a right bitch, what a rubbish PM i think Susan did a better job in week 2.

Its quite shocking seeing a few guys take Zoe's side here but thats your opinions I guess.

If you think that Zoe's a "right bitch" then you need to get out more...on the scale of 1 to 10 she's barely rates a 2.

Your kiddin me? she's been straight at Suzy from week 1, she'll never give Susan a chance to speak back which literally IS unfair to Susan.

Well then I'd hate to meet the type of people in your social circle.

I think Zoe is extremely rude. She act manage her emotions well at all, and she's a mess at the moment. She doesn't have a clue at all.

I think Zoe is extremely rude. She can't manage her emotions well at all, and she's a mess at the moment. She doesn't have a clue at all.

That's the way it's been edited. Sue is thick and I look forward to her being interviewed by SurAlan's attack dogs.

Zoe owns up to her own failures and consequently that fact has kept her in the competition up to now...but not for much longer. She stands her ground, doesn't take fools gladly but she isn't made of finalist material.

Who's talking social circles

The real business world is cut throat and sight of it puts Zoe's minor moan at Sue into perspective.

I know what the real business world is like, and if someone had Zoes attitude (her demeanour and the way she talks to people), she'd be out the door as soon as she came in.

I don't think Susan's thick. She's made mistakes, but she's shown good qualities too.

Dara is sooooooo much better than Adrian Chiles.
Isn't he just?
I'm impressed with Edna now.
Just watched YF and couldn't believe it was the same person. I found myself laughing with her rather than at her. Loved her line about the tasks being a hindrance to the treats!

You know the bit where they had to negotiate with the people that Alan Sugar set up for them
Was the idea the customer paid them or they paid the customer to take it?
I meen where Helen's group charged nothing and the other team charged £85 or something.
I'm not to sure because Suzie seemed to think she had got it right after.

The aim was to come up with the bid that is *just* better than your opponent but still leaves you room to make a profit.

The 'softball' tactic would be charge the client to take the goods, then sell them. This is the most lucrative but leaves you very vulnerable to being outbid by the opposing team.

The 'hardball' tactic would be to charge nothing, and still sell the goods. This leaves you slightly less open to be outbid by the other team but not if they go for...

The 'extreme hardball' tactic which is to pay the client a small amount for the items and then sell them on. This would have been the winning tactic in that task.

Susan realised the desks etc had value and assumed they were supposed to pay but was accused by Zoe of getting it wrong and trying to sabotage the task. In the confusion, her idea was abandoned. Zoe only realised the mistake afterwards.

Helen's team went for option B and ended up winning both bids.

Actually if they had paid for them they would have lost because they only won by £6

No, because the other team would have lost out on the 300 quid they earned from the furniture, putting them 300 down.

I'm talking about the deal that they offered to do for free.
If they had paid more than £6 they would have lost because they got that deal anyway.

True, if the winning team had paid instead of gone for free then they would have lost. If the losing team had paid they would have won.

There was a certain amount of luck involved
