Children of Earth when they are deciding WHICH 10% of children would be given to the 456

opening scene of CoE Day 5 where Gwen gives her speech about human nature and tells the viewer her theory on why the Doctor didn't show up.

That was chilling!

The pizza delivery to their top-secret underground bunker - so bad it was brilliant.

..and the first time we saw the pterodactyl flying around the rafters - I love it. (and he'd better be in the new series else I'm writing to my MP )

For me, any scene with a welsh person in it... love that accent.
