Hi everyone just looking for a little advice

so m yblackberry was working fine earlier today

and then suddenly everything froze up

i have taken battery out for a few minutes more than 5 times

and each time after rebooting it the selection thing on green just stays over the top of the phone onscreen.

tried scrolling down
pressing keys
unlock/lock button not working

flashing like mad as i know theres messages on it but can't view them

screen now blank as if in sleep mode and i can't unlock it

any help would be greatly appreciated

Is there a hard reset button combo to do? Reset/restore it through your computer?

yeah tried all types of reset

done the reset and restore via computer

so now when i turn phone on i can't even scroll to select and accept the liscence agreement

it must be a hardware issue maybe?
