They're both awful. Very immature.

I don't understand the Susan love in. She is willfully naive. There is no excuse for it. She wanders around looking doe eyed and seems to contribute very little.

They're like 2 schoolgirls arguing at a bus stop.

Zoe was extremely rude and unprofessional tonight as a PM - Susan is young and naive and yes she can grate at times but there is no need for the rudeness that Zoe displayed tonight.

It does my head in how Zoe continually belittles Susan with that monotone voice of hers.

I like Zoe, at least she had to bottle to step up and be pm. Susan will go soon.

I thought she contributed more than the rest of her team tonight.

I'm no fan on Susie and can accept and criticise her when she's made some silly mistakes (like the beauty treatments). However I've seen there are times when she is not taken seriously at all and used as a scapegoat for the teams frustrations. Tonight she did speak alot of sense, like it or not and I do think others do underestimate her.

I thought Zoe was awful to her tonight. Very patronising and using Susie's child-like mentality was no justification for her attitude.

I thought she was awful to Susan during the cosmetics task too. I mean, she definitely had a point that week, but she was blatantly more worried about finding a scapegoat in Susan and making her feel bad than she was about illustrating to Susan what she had actually done wrong. She just seems like one of those people who enjoys making other people feel bad. She's quite patronizing and rude.

At least Susan seems to be a decent person despite whatever her shortcomings are (but for the record, I think she's a much better candidate than Zoe anyway - although that's not saying a lot).

There are huge double standards where Susan is concerned. Her weakeness are overlooked because she is young and niave and dare i say pretty, why would that be looked upon as being any more favourable than being aggressive. She isn't the right candidate and she should go soon. I don't think Zoe is in the right either, but Susan seriously needs to grow a backbone and stop looking like bambi to avoid the chop.

For me it's nothing to do with her youth, naivity or looks. I don't really see her as strong candidate. I don't think any of them really are (bar, maybe Melody, and that's a maybe). I also agree, she'll be gone soon.

However I still think on tonights task, she was one of the more stronger participants, who did contribute and Zoe used her as an scapegoat.

You have to remember that this program is seriously edited to give the impressions that the producers want us to have.
While it is true that Susan had a better grasp of what was required from the appointments given to them, she wilted under criticism and then had self doubts.
Lord Sugar in his summing up referred to Susan's many faults.

I think Zoe is the better candidate and will last longer than Susan.

The way Zoe was having a pop at Susan on the way back to the house was bang out of order

Yeah, she needs to stop sitting in the corner and crying her eyes out every time things don't go her way like she did tonight... oh wait, that was Zoe!

I don't totally disagree with you. She did come up with ideas, but ultimately she contributed nothing. She let her naivety and lack of confidence prevent her pushing her ideas. She let herself be talked out of them instead of standing behind them and then at the end did a petulant "see I told you I was right"!

Did you miss the part when Susan was the first to step up to be PM?

She really was out of order. I defended Zoe when she had a go at Susan over the beauty task, but now I see what people were saying. She singled Susan out as a weak link even though Susan was the only one on the team who cottoned on to the point of the tassk. In my opinion, Zoe's boardroom plan was to bring Susan down but Edna sealed her fate.

I think that had Zoe's team lost the beauty task, Susan would have been a goner.

This bit I actually agree with. Susan has been crap at being assertive, but she actually tried to explain to Zoe how her behaviour made her feel, but Zoe was overly aggressive and childish.

The two of them don't like each. The thing is that Zoe is the stronger of the two and all of Susan's childish whining is irritating.

It was clear who the house wanted to come back and it wasn't Susan.

Zoe is a bully, she perceive Susan as weaker than her and picks on her.

Love to try and see her try that attitude with Jim.

She should have been fired today.

I wonder if Zoe and Susan will be switched teams next week, by the looks of things they will

it was a very half-hearted attempt. She's got her card marked now, even if she does have some business knowledge.

We did see an ugly side to Zoe there. But I do commend her for taking responsibility for making a mistake, something very few candidates do (including Susan during the cosmetics task).

So she's not all bad.

Moreover, Susan would annoy the hell out of me as well. She's like a child. And I do feel like she's being a little bit mollicoddled in the boardroom by Sugar et al.

I really like Zoe. I think Susan has more of a nasty streak than Zoe.
