She did just tell her she didn't know. She didn't make a huge thing of it. Here's what was said:
Susan: "Zoe, did you say room was worth a tonne?"
Zoe: "I genuinely know as much as you do."
That should have been the end of it. But then Susan asked her again:
Susan: "Are you sure that doesn't go over one tonne?"
Zoe: !
Susan just didn't listen to what Zoe said, and kept on about it. Why ask "are you sure" when she's already said she doesn't know? (The editing is quite choppy here, so I suspect more was said before Zoe blew up.)

Agreed. But we are surely seeing edited highlights here. Zoe wasn't reacting to one extra question, but to a pattern of behaviour from Susan that will have been going on for weeks. Zoe was already stressed out from lack of sleep and the pressure of being PM - the losing PM had been fired on 4 out of 5 tasks this series. Remember also how Susan's advice would have sunk the team if she had followed it, the previous time Zoe was PM, on the cosmetics task.
